Indications for Use

The XV1 system is intended to illuminate oral structures and operating areas. It is to be used by qualified
dental professionals (including, but not: limited to dentists and dental hygienists) and by qualified medical
doctors and medical professionals.

Device Description

The XV1 system is a loupe with a built-in small "gum-drop" style LED headlight and battery pods mounted
on the frames. The following components are incIuded:
• XV1 loupe
• LED headlight
• Curing filter
• Battery pods (2)
• Lithium ion batteries (4)
• Charger and power supply
• Instructions for use
Accessories include:
• Headlight plug
