2. FUNCTIONALITIES
2.1. NO-POWER
Under no-power conditions, the unit stops working. All the settings are canceled except for the clock
compasses which retains the previous mechanical position.
MAIN relay is closed.
2.2. POWER-UP
At power-up all the previous settings are reset, the MAIN relay opens and the display shows
"SET" flash. (1"on1"off) Press 1 time the Command Knob for 4'' the MAIN relay is close, the unit enters into Time-
Of-Day setting mode and the
display shows "SET" fix Press 1 time the Command Knob for a time inferior the MAIN relay is close, the unit enters
is in manual cooking

2.3. MANUAL MODE

Simply use the oven, none of the features of the electronic control interacts with the oven harness The Display and
the Icons are normally turned off. The MAIN relay is closed.
When the system is in manual mode press 1 time the Command Knob to go in semi automatic cooking When the
system is in manual mode press 2 time the Command Knob to go in minute minder
2.4. SEMI-AUTOMATIC COOKING: PROGRAMMED STOP DURATION
This mode allows the oven to cook for a predefined amount of time.
Press 1 time the Command Knob. The display shows "dur" followed by "---"The icon "Automatic
cook" is lit-up. Choose the desired cooking duration by turning the Command Knob (the icon flash), to confirm the
choice press 1 time command knob or wait a timeout window of 4 seconds (the icon is fix).
If no duration choice is selected after time out the system will back in manual mode
(each time the system is in manual mode press 1 time the Command Knob to go in semi automatic cooking press 2
time the Command Knob to go in minute minder) The duration is represented in two possible forms:
* "H:MM", from 0:00 up to 9:59 , with a resolution of 1 minute, and a default value is 0:00.
* "nnH", from 10H up to 24h , with a resolution of 1 hour
When the value being edited reaches 9:59, a further increment (+1 minute) will transform it into 10h,the next
eventual increment (+1 hour) will transform into 11h. Further decrements from 24h will give:24h for 1 hour after
23 for 1 hour.....11h for 1 hour, after the display show 10 h for 1' after display 9:59 (-1 minutes) ......1' as today
After the timeout, the value is used and the display begins to countdown. MAIN relay is closed During this phase,
the oven is allowed to cook, the display shows continuously the remaining time, and the "Automatic cook" icon is
lit-up.To cancel the duration, set its value to 0: the oven stops cooking immediately as if the time is completely
elapsed.
When the countdown expires, the display shows "End", the "Automatic cook" icon flashes and the buzzer emits
the End Of Cook signal. The MAIN relay opens.
Press the button 1 time the buzzer stops, the icon "End" still on fix and the relay still open.
Press the button 1 time after buzzer stop the icon "End" switch off and the relay closes. The oven back in it to
Manual Cooking mode.
No memory time is request, for a new program time selection the display show 0:00
