Lines of the display. The display can be written to from the computer. Pro-
ceed as follows:
1. Lock the display, see 3.2.2.163.
2. Delete the whole display (.DelAll).
3. For writing onto the display, the standard character set will be used.
4. Unlock the display, see 3.2.2.163
5. Delete the whole display (.DelAll).
6. Send a value to nod &Config.Aux.ResDisplay (see 3.2.2.105) to refresh
the display.
$Q sends the contents of the corresponding display line.
