For decorating there are 4 decorating and 1
writing nozzles which can be screwed on to
the adapter disc (shap-ing insert –7). Turn
the upper ring-shaped handle ¼ turn to
the left or right and press the piston shaft
smoothly down as shown on the photo.
For fancy shortbread biscuits, insert shaping
ring –7 in the locking ring. Hold the filled
press at an angle as shown and form the
dough into strips with the aid of the handle.
Cut of the desired length and lay on the
baking sheet in the desired shape. Shaping
insert –7 is the adapter on to which the
doughnut, writing and decorating nozzles
are screwed.
Shaping disc –3 can also be used for the for-
ming of butter rolls. Introduce the well cooled
butter into the press from below. Shape the
butter rolls with the aid of the handle.
For multi-coloured pastry, roll the different
sorts of dough together in the way shown.
The different dough's should be equally
smooth.
