The machine side connection is established with a standard ABICOR BINZEL
central connector.
NOTE
Pilot power cable and control lead must be equipped with the corresponding
connections for the particular power source type.
2 Coolant flow
1 Join welding cable plug and socket at the power source and lock them.
2 Connect pilot power cable to power source.
WARNING
Risk of burns
A low coolant level will result in overheating of the plasma powder
welding torches.
• Wear protective gloves.
• Check the coolant level at regular intervals.
NOTE
• Make sure that the coolant supply and return have been installed
properly. Coolant supply = blue, coolant return = red.
• Do not use deionized or demineralised water as coolant or for tightness
and flow tests. This may impair the useful life of your welding torch.
