Fully revamped porting based on
the same principles used in 70cc
and 100cc competition scooter.
Double exhaust porting
Symmetric distribution at right
angles to the shaft.
Exhaust joint made from circular
fitting fastened to the cylinder kit
by a flange paired with a profile
specially created in the cylinder
and connected to it using 4 screws
with a leak-proof sealing ring.
Piston
Ø47mm piston in aluminium–silicon
alloy with port by-pass and two 1.5
mm segments in special cast iron.
Head
Radial head in aluminium alloy
with high silicon content and
hemispherical central combustion
chamber, squish angle calculated at
high turbulence and cut-off system
with decompression valve (special
decompression valve included).
Gasket set
Gaskets in diff erent thickness for
squish adjustment, with defined
porting and external profile
attached to cylinder.
Head gasket 0.5 in annealed copper
for optimum heat transfer.
