4.3.2 Setting up for moving the patient
In relation to the dragging, transport and lifting/dropping procedures that the rescue worker
considers suitable, set the stretcher up with at least one of the following parts:
a) Dragging: tension the sling (E) to lift the end part of the support surface (A) enough to
contain the head of the patient and immobilise it (fig. 12).
