• The main supply to
the water heater is not
continuous.
• MANUAL ECO mode
selected off-range air
temperatures.
• Malfunction of the heating
component or wiring partially
defective.
• Cold water flows back into
the hot water cycle.
• Sanitary connection in the
system.

Troubleshooting
Ensure fan can freely move.
Check engine and wiring.
Troubleshooting
• Ensure the water heater's
cables are live.
• Check if the water heater is
supplied with power
• Select AUTO mode and deac-
tivate ECO function in manual
mode.
• Ensure the appliance is
supplied with power.
• Select AUTO mode and deac-
tivate the ECO function.
• Check the spark plug
resistance on the spark plug
harness connector, as well as
the condition of the harness.
• Turn off the cold water supply
by using the safety device's
shutoff valve. Then open
the hot water faucet. Let 10
minutes pass. If the water is
running, identify the defective
fittings and/or check the safety
device for being positioned
correctly.
• Remove sanitary connection.
