Clearing the machine with clean cloth before your first using. In order to clearing the roller
and cutter, you can pass a small quantity of dough through them several times. Then dis-
card the dough.
MAKE DOUGH
1. Material: 500g flour and 5 eggs, or using 150g water instead of 5 eggs.
2. Procedure: put the flour into a bowl, adding eggs or water into the middle of the flour,
using chopsticks or forks to mix and knead the mixture with your hand until it's comple-
tely homogenous and consistent.
3. If the mixture is too dry, add some water, otherwise add some flour. A good mixture
should not stick your fingers. Take the mixture from the bowl and put it on a lightly flou-
red table.
NOTICE: Don't add salt when you mix the flour to avoid destroying the machine.
MAKE NOODLES
1. Cut dough into pieces with a knife.
2. Pulling knob and turn to „1", let two rollers completely open (about 2.5mm). Put two
covers above the wide and narrow cutters, turn on the switch and pass a piece of dough
through the roller. Sprinkle some flour on the dough if necessary. Repeat the operations
2-3 times. When the dough has taken a regular shape, adjust knob to „2". Then repeat
operation until you obtain desired thickness.
3. Put the dough into wide cutters to get wide noodles.
4. Put the dough into narrow cutters to get narrow noodles.
NOTICE:
If the cutters can't cut, it means the dough is too soft and you should pass the dough
through the rollers and adding some flour several times. If the dough is too hard and the
machine can't operate, pleas put it into bowl and add some water. The work time of the
machine can't over 15 minutes. When operating the machine, please don't adjust the knob.
MAINTENANCE
• Take off the plug before cleaning and maintenance.
• Using a soft and dry cloth to clean the machine after using.
• Never wash the machine with water or in the dishwasher.
• Using a brush to clean cutters and rollers after using.
• If necessary or if the rollers squeak, you can lubricate the rollers with Vaseline oil or ve-
getable oil.
