Troubleshooting

Please check the following contents if the PowerTank 10,000 mAh
Portable Charger & Power Pack does not work. If the problem is not
resolved, please stop use and contact the manufacturer.
Problem
The PowerTank 10,000
mAh Portable Charger &
Power Pack cannot charge
the mobile device.
The LED indicator doesn't
flash after connecting the
PowerTank 10,000 mAh
Portable Charger & Power
Pack to the mobile device.

Cause & Correction
• Please check compatibility of the
voltage/current specification between
the PowerTank 10,000 mAh Portable
Charger & Power Pack and the mobile
device.
• Please check that the cable is properly
connected.
• Start charging the mobile device by
pressing the LED button (4).
• After pressing the LED button (4), the
LED will flash to indicate the beginning
of the charging process.
• T he LED will not flash while the
PowerTank 10,000 mAh Portable
Charger & Power Pack charges a
mobile device.
