Probable Causes
A. Not enough water in footbath
basin.
B. Band straps (if applicable) on the
pump are not cut.
A. Remote not programmed.

Recommended Action
A. Fill basin 3" (7.6 cm) over top of
suction cover.
B. Cut band straps.
A. Re-program remote following
instructions.
