move slowly.
I.

NOTE: The DOUGH NU-MATIC Automated DONUT
MAKER™ will continuously make donuts until you
stop the activity.
The donut making cycle takes less than two 2 minutes
(from drop to slide).
Illustration C – Flipper mechanism flipping a donut
TIP Occasionally, a donut will not get turned over
at the donut flipping segment of the cycle. You may
use a metal spoon or tongs to manually flip the donut
over, allowing it to continue on the frying process. For
your SAFETY, you should temporarily stop the cycle
by turning the switch (2) to off and switch (3) to heat.
Stopping the DONUT MAKER™
TO CHECK THE CONTENTS AND FLOW OF THE DOUGH HOPPER:
Turn the motor switch (2) to off. Turn switch (3) from Heat/ Motor to Heat. You
can now remove the dough hopper and refill with dough. Always clean the
dispensing trigger button, sides and bottom of the hopper as instructed above.
NOTE: If dough stops dispensing, remove donut hopper and wipe the bottom as the heat
may have caused donut batter to firm up.
TO ADD FRESH OIL RESTORING THE OIL LEVEL IN THE OIL BIN:
Turn the motor switch (2) to off. Turn switch (3) from Heat/ Motor to Heat. Add
the needed amount of fresh oil. You will need to wait until the power light
changes from red to green (allowing the temperature to rise), before you can
restart the donut making process.
