PRE-USE PREPARATION AND ASSEMBLY

Your DOUGH NU-MATIC Automated DONUT MAKER™ comes fully assembled when
removed from the box. The collecting bin and drainage tray will be the only loose parts
included.
Prepare for first use by thoroughly washing the dough hopper, donut slide, collecting bin
and drainage tray in warm sudsy water and thoroughly dry. DO NOT put the motor base in
water. To clean the motor base when needed, use a damp cloth to wipe the exterior, and
then dry off with a clean, non-abrasive towel. (See part identification in breakdown shown
below).
1.
Unlatch and rotate the motor dispenser head counter clockwise, exposing the
dough hopper. Remove the dough hopper for washing by lifting up and out of the
notched receptor hole it sits in.
2.
Remove the donut slide located on end of the DOUGH NU-MATIC Automated
DONUT MAKER™ for washing. To remove the donut slide, place thumb and first
finger on either side of the slide and pull out and away from the unit.
