• Unfasten the harness from the retractor plate at the back of the base (Fig. 27).
• Remove the harnesses from the chest protectors, the buckle tab and the stomach
protectors (Fig. 28). Then loosen the stomach protectors.
• Remove the harnesses by pulling the metal plate to remove them from their
housing in the seat (Fig. 29).
Remove the plastic guides from the chest protectors located at the back of the
housing (Fig. 30) and remove the chest protectors.
• Finally hide the buckle by passing it through the opening at the bottom of the seat
(Fig. 31) and connect the tabs to it to prevent it from being lost.
• Perform the procedure in reverse to assemble the harnesses and return to the
Group 1 configuration. The harness must pass through the buckle from front to
back, as shown in Figure 32.

WARNING: Always use the lowest reclining position for the seat in group 2.
• Place the seat on the check, pressing firmly against the backrest.
• Place the child in the seat and secure it with the vehicle's three-point safety
belt, passing it through the belt guide on the headrest (Fig. 33). Check that the
abdominal section is positioned as low as possible and that the diagonal part
restrains the child's chest (Fig. 34).
• Fasten the buckle, passing the male part through the side opening of the casing
(Fig. 35).

• Fit the openings. Check the section referring to fitting the openings if necessary.
• Place the child seat facing forward on the seat of the vehicle.
• Remove the Isofix connectors using the front knob. Pull the knob and turn to the
right (Fig. 8).
• Press the safety seat against the vehicle seat (Fig. 9) until both Isofix connectors
are attached to the seat anchors. A "click" indicates correct fitting (Fig. 10) and a
green signal appears in each connector (Fig. 11).
• Adjust the tilt of the chair. Do this by referring to the section on changing the recline
angle.
• Using the central knob, adjust the chassis of the car seat until it touches the back of
the vehicle seat. Pull the knob and turn to the left (Fig. 12).
• Place the child in the seat and secure it with the vehicle's three-point safety
