Probable Causes
D. Water is splashing over the top
of the seal.
A. One or both counterweights are
not attached.
B. Door bumper needs adjustment.
C. The mounting bracket is not
adjusted properly.
D. There is excessive wear on latch
pin and/or strike plate.
E. The handle/latch mechanism
inside the door is not working.
A. There is a loose wire connection
under the door.
B. Error code on the controller is
activated.
C. Primary seal is leaking.
D. Air line inside the door is
pinched.
E. There is an air leak inside the
door.
F.
One or more of the solenoid
valves are leaking air.
Probable Causes
A. No power to power supply.
B. User keypad cable loose or
damaged.

D. Lower the water level when filling
the bath. Reduce sudden
movements when bathing.
A. Attach the counterweight(s).
B. Adjust the door bumper as needed.
C. Adjust the mounting brackets
inward using the slots.
D. Apply a small amount of oil to the
face of the strike plate, replace the
strike plate, or call the Customer
Care Center using the information
