INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Instructions for Use WITHOUT the TENS+EMS App
This device may be used without the TENS+EMS App. For maximum
benefit of all features within the App, it is strongly suggested that App
be utilized as the "remote control" to operated the device.
1. Follow the previous outlined steps in this manual to prepare
your TENS device as shown on page 23 of this manual.
2. Apply the device to the treatment site before turning on". If I was
right, you could not increase the intensity of the device and the
device would automatically shut off after the default 30 min if it
was not placed on the skin..
Press and release the POWER symbol button. A GREEN led light

will flash briefly and the device will beep to indicate the power
is on.
4. The TENS unit will begin to operate at the lowest level setting.
The default lowest level mode is a rotation of 7 pulse types at
Program 1 as listed on page 20 of this manual.
5. Press and release the '+' button to find your desired therapy
sensation level. This device offers 20 intensity levels. Press and
release the '–' button to reduce the intensity level. As you press
and release the button, the green light will flash and the device
will beep 1x for each intensity level adjustment.
