Common faults and solutions
Fault description
1. Computer host and
display indicators do not
come on.
2. Display does not show
anything.
3. Fail to print or print
quality is poor.
4. Computer host cannot

d. Ink cartridge is empty.

a. "Re-measure" button is not clicked during

adjusted to their absolute horizontal position.

Solutions
a. Check power socket, fuse and cable connection.

b. Check the cable, and replace it if it is damaged.

d. Replace with new flash plate.
a. Remove dirt with special cleaning tool.
b. Remove the obstacle between camera and
target board.
c. Do troubleshooting according to Fault
description 4 listed in this table.
d. Do troubleshooting according to Fault
description 5 listed in this table.
a. Go back to the previous step, click "Re-measure"
button, and then click "Next" button.

obtain this file.

b. If not, check the connecting cable between the
lift and the aligner.
c. If not, re-adjust the lift and the aligner to their
absolute horizontal position.

actual situation on site.
