CAUSE
Flow time setting is too short.
SOLUTION
Increase the flow time.

CAUSE
Debris or dirt in the Flush Valve clog up the piston.
Friction in the piston movement causes the piston to close slower than normal.
SOLUTION
Open the piston cover and clean the piston and body internally.
