Important notes
ƒ The mounting location must always comply with the operating conditions specified
in the technical data (^ 37). Take additional measures if necessary.
ƒ The mounting plate of the control cabinet must have the following properties:
– electrically conductive
– free of lacquer
ƒ The mechanical connections must always be ensured.
ƒ A free air circulation must be ensured for dissipating the heat.

Heavy−weight devices
Devices EZS3−061A200, EZS3−072A200, and EZS3−090A200 are very heavy and
must be lifted during the mounting process. These devices have two ring bolts
so that they can be transported with a load lifting appliance.
Possible consequences:
Injury to persons, especially backache if the device is lifted or held without
ƒ
a load lifting appliance.
Damage to material assets and injury to persons if the device falls down
ƒ
Protective measures:
Only use a load lifting appliance permissible for the device weight (e.g.
ƒ
indoor crane) and the ring bolts to transport the device.
Before the transport, check the hoist, load lifting appliance, and lifting
ƒ
accessories for sufficient payload and sound condition.
Do not remove the hoist and lifting accessories before the device is
ƒ
securely put on ground with sufficient load capacity or finally mounted.

Mounting steps

How to install the filter:
1. Screw down the fixing brackets of the filter at the mounting place.
The mounting place and material must ensure a durable mechanical connection.
