4.2.4 - Connection to the control panel
This window enables the user to download updated system data (system data
download) or to activate the "remote console", only if the connection to a control
panel is present (direct or via modem).
If the "remote console" is activated, a window is displayed (see figure below) which
shows the contents of the control panel display. In this case the user can use the
keypad below to program settings in the same way as acting directly on the control
panel.
Note – If the remote connection is used, voice messages cannot be recorded and
the total deletion function cannot be used.
