3.2 Connecting the control box (Fig. 2)
For the harness connection please refer to the labels on the cables (Fig. 2):

Connect to valve unit by means of the cables for section control (sold separately - Ref. ARAG
General Catalogue).
• Open connector A slide (1, Fig. 2).
• To position connector, insert it inside socket then press: during this operation, take care not to
bend the electric contacts.
• Close slide (2, Fig. 2) until it locks in place.
• Assemble the connector B by following the sequence shown in the figure (Fig. 3).
CAUTION:
Be careful to fit the gasket in the correct position.
IMPORTANT:
The control box is equipped with an internal self-resetting safety device that cuts the
power in case of operational defects or problems.
If the safety device starts up, all the warning lights on the box go out, but since no other
signal is provided for, the operator must pay attention that the box is still active and that
when a command is selected on the box the action is performed by the system (Fig. 4).
If the control box goes off due to the safety device and the operator wishes to stop
spraying (if in operation), he must do so by acting on the pump.
If the internal safety device starts up, it is necessary to remove power from the box (by
turning off the tractor) and wait at least 20 seconds before restarting. Should the problem
persist, contact the nearest Assistance Centre.
4 USE
CAUTION:
For the implementation on already operating systems it is necessary to follow all safety
rules described herein.
System assembly and start-up must be carried out by expert personnel according to the
safety rules so as to ensure the same safety level of the system the control box is going
to be installed in.
