9 – PROGRAMMABLE TEST
Enables definition of the kind of actuation (sequential or simultaneous), frequency (RPM) initial/final,
test duration (seconds) and injection time(ms). See ittem 9.0 MEMO FUNCTION.
Conduction:
1) Mount the injectors correctly (See item 3.5 - Assembly of injectors for test).
2) Through the keys
The Multijet will check the injectors resistance. The "", "INJ" and RPM icons will come on during this procedure.
The resistance values will be shown briefly for each injector. If any injector has resistance below 0.5 , the test will
be canceled and the message "not" will be displayed
After checking the resistance, the sequence of parameter setting begins as indicated in the panel.
3) Select the injector atuaction type:
– (Simultaneous) - Press the key
– (Sequential) - Press the key
The kind of actuation (sequential or simultaneous) used will depend on the resistance reading at the start of the test.
If one or more injectors has resistance less than 3
4) Press Start/Cont.
to proceed the programming.
The "1" icon will come on, adjust the initial frequency(RPM) through the keys
The maximum frequency depends on the actuation type previously selected (
– Sequential).
Maximum RPM adjustment:
– 36.000 RPM
– 7.000 RPM
5) Press Start/cont.
to confirm the RPM 1 and proceed the programming.
6) The icon "2" will come on, indicating that final setting can be done through the
Example of frequency configuration: 1 (INITIAL) and 2 (FINAL):

Se INITIAL > FINAL (DECELERATED)
