7 – MANUAL ACCELERATION TEST
Enables manual adjustment of the injector actuation frequency (RPM). Enables observing the injector behavior
when activated in any frequency of the available range. The type of activation (sequential or simultaneous) used,
depends on the resistance reading taken in the start of the test.
Conduction:
1) Mount the injectors correctly (See item 3.5 - Assembly of injectors for test).
2) With the keys , select test "7" and press the Start
The Multijet will check the injectors resistance. The "", "INJ" and RPM icons will come on during this procedure.
The resistance values will be shown briefly for each injector. If any injector has resistance below 0.5 , the test will
be canceled and the message "not" will be displayed.
After resistance checking, perform the parameter settings according to panel indications.
3) Select a kind of actuation:
– (Simultaneous) - Press the key
– (Sequential) - Press the key
If one or more injectors shows resistance < 3
4) Press Start/Cont. to proceed with the test.

5) Press the Start/Cont. key

7) Press Start/Cont. to start the test.
The display will indicate the start of the test with the letter "t". Before effective test, will occur a preamble, jets will
be generated by the injectors to remove the air from the circuit. During this procedure, the Drain is kept open.
With the keys , adjust the injectors actuation frequency (steps of 250 RPM).
The maximum adjust will be limited depending of the actuation type:
If necessary, the pressure can be adjusted during testing by the keys
The maximum test time is 2 minutes. A "beep" will occur at the end of test.
