Possible cause
No power to the wall box
• Grounding error in the
wall box
• Defective charging
cable
• Fault in the vehicle
Grounding fault
Solution
• Make sure that the residu-
al-current device and circuit
breaker on the service panel
are on (check by user).
• Make sure that the supply
cable entering the wall box
is energised. The LED ring
should be on.
• Turn off the power to the
box. Turn it on again after 20
seconds by flipping the circuit
breaker or main switch to the
wall box.
• Check grounding (check by an
electrician)
• Check charging cable (check
by an electrician)
• Contact your local car dealer
Make sure that your electrical instal-
lation is properly grounded (check
by an electrician).
