6) The top of the swivel is marked "FRONT" for your convenience. Center the Swivel (D) on
the Disc (B) lining up the screw holes in the swivel with the indentation marks on the disc.
Remove the swivel and drill a 1/8" pilot hole, 1/2" deep into the center of each indentation
mark. Fasten the swivel to the disc with the #14 x 3/4" Pan Head Screws (M). See
FIGURE 6.

loosened by twisting it a little
