Ensure you have a Phillips #1 screwdriver.
•
Ensure the Secure Router 2330 is powered off. You cannot hot swap
internal components.
•
Ensure you have an antistatic bag or sheet available for the PVIM that
you are removing.
Procedure steps

Remove the Secure Router 2330 top cover. See Removing the
Secure Router 2330 top cover.
DANGER
Do not open the Secure Router 2330 top cover while
the unit is powered.
Locate the PVIM module. See the following figure for reference.
Release the latches that secure the PVIM in the slot. There is a
release latch at both ends of the PVIM slot.
Firmly grasp the edges of the PVIM and pull straight up to
remove the PVIM from the slot.
If you are not installing a PVIM module at this time, replace the
chassis top cover.
