Caution!
Secure the trailer with chocks before removing the drawbar.
Do not bend the Bowden cable!
Always check the tooth-tip connection of the drawbar before every trip and every time the drawbar is fi tted.
The teeth must engage without play!
Removing the drawbar
1. Park the vehicle securely.
2. Release the handbrake.
3. Unplug the spring cotter pin (1).
4. Screw off the stop handle (2).
5. Pull out the bolt (3).
6. Remove the drawbar and deposit it safely.

Fitting the drawbar
1. Position the drawbar horizontally.
2. Insert bolt (3).
3. Tighten the stop handle (2) and secure it in position
by striking it with a hammer (hard rubber hammer).
4. Insert the spring cotter pin (1).
5. Retighten the stop handle after about 30 km.
