12. Put a conical tooth washer on the top 3/4" hex bolt followed by a 3/4" nylon lock nut. Put a 3/4" flat
washer on the bottom 3/4" hex bolt followed by a 3/4" nylon lock nut. Torque the 3/4" nylon lock nuts
to 380 ft-lbs.

13. Insert a spring bar with the rating stamp facing up into the trunnion. Secure with the "D" retaining pin.
BE SURE THAT THE "D" RETAINING PIN GOES THROUGH HOLE IN THE SPRING BAR.
