Mounting the guide spiral liners
NOTICE
• Select the proper wire type and the related wire guide for your
application.
• Use insulated liners or PA liners only.
• New still unused guide spiral liners or PA liners have to be shortened to
the actual length of the hose assembly.
• Liners = for steel and stainless steels.
• PA liners = for aluminium, copper, nickel and stainless steels.

Guide spiral liner
1 Lay down the hose assembly (9) straight.
2 Unscrew gas nozzle (10) and contact tip (11) from torch neck (2).
3 Unscrew spigot nut (6) from central plug (4).
4 Slide wire guide (8) through the wire feed hose (3) up to the holder
nipple (7).
5 Screw down spigot nut (6) by hand.
