1. Installation
1. Mount the CO
sensor on the wall near the CO
2
source, with a minimum distance of 50 cm. It is
preferred not to place the sensor directly above the
CO
source if it becomes very hot (CO
2
You should mount the sensor at a height of +/- 1
meter above the floor.
2. Do not place the sensor in the direct airflow of fans
as this may affect the measurements.
3. Also mount the TechGrow T-2 Pro to the wall with
the supplied mounting kit.
4. Connect the sensor(s) to the right side of the T-2 Pro
with the supplied (UTP) cable(s).
5. Plug the CO
source to the T-2 Pro.
2
6. Plug the fan to the T-2 Pro.
7. Plug the plug of the T-2 Pro into a 230V socket.
8. Ready!
2. Connecting controllers and sensor
Most controllers and sensors (except the Temp Probe) of
the TechGrow Pro Series can be interconnected in order
to guarantee an optimal climate.
Make sure that the controller is switched off before
connecting the sensor(s) to prevent possible
malfunctions. The sensor can be plugged into any UTP
port.
It is possible to interconnect the controllers, so that you
can control your entire room climate with just one S-4
sensor. Make sure that all controllers are supplied with
mains voltage to prevent possible malfunctions.
Since the T-2 Pro has 3 UTP ports, you can also connect
a datalogger (DL-1), for example.
3. Which sensors can be connected to
the T-2 Pro?
The minimum sensor required is a S-4 Sensor. The S-4
measures CO
, temperature and air humidity, and
2
detects light simultaneously.
4. Connecting extra sensors or other
devices
There is no need to connect an extra sensor. An S-4
Sensor is sufficient for optimal operation of the T-2 Pro.
ATTENTION: NEVER connect two of the same type of
sensors to your controller! For example: a S-4 Sensor

when the Push & Turn Knob (PTK) is pushed or
turned, the backlight will go on again.

7. Operation of the T-2 Pro
The T-2 Pro maintains the CO
sucks CO
concentration exceeds CO
out of the room during the day. The temperature and air
humidity are regulated at all times.
If you do not want the T-2 Pro to respond to
temperature, you can easily bypass this by setting very
high temperature values, for example at 35 °C.
8. Control and set-up
All settings are made with the Push-and-Turn-Knob
(from now on: PTK). By pressing the knob you will enter
the main screen. An arrow appears on the left side of the
display, allowing you to select the desired option.
During start-up the TechGrow T-2 Pro displays the next
