INSTRUCTIONS OF THE ELECTRONIC MODULE FUNCTION
• P0: USER's training program; P1-P36 preset program;
•U01-U03: Program settled by the user,
• FAT: Body fat function.
• LED Display
•Speed of 1.0~13 km/h
•Avoid overloading
•Auto check and sound alert
ELECTRONIC MODULE DISPLAY
•"DISTANCE" Display": It shows the distance in km.
•"CALORIES" Display: It shows the burned calories while exercising.
•"TIME" Display: It shows the time in MM:SS.
•"SPEED" Display : It shows the speed in km/h.
•"HEART RATE" Display: It shows the number of heartbeats per minute
BUTTON INSTRUCTION:
•PROGRAM BUTTON: Press the BUTTON P while the treadmill is stopped to switch
between its programs. P0 is the manual program. The other programs go from P1 to
P36. U01, U02, U03 are the custom programs. There is also the FAT program.
•M BUTTON – MODE BUTTON: On manual program, press the BUTTON M to switch
between four countdown modes: countdown mode, distance countdown mode,
calories countdown mode and normal mode. The body fat test mode can be found in
more detail in the programs description. The initial standard value is 30 minutes.
•START BUTTON: Starts the treadmill
•PAUSE BUTTON: Puts the training on standby which can be restarted by pressing the
button again.
•STOP BUTTON: Stops the treadmill.
•SPEED BUTTON + / –: The treadmill must be ON in order to increase or decrease the
speed. By pressing the BUTTONS + / – the speed will increase or decrease by 0.1. Hold
the button + or - for two seconds and the speed will increase or decrease automatically.
3 - METRICS CONVERSION
•Press the BUTTONS PROGRAM and MODE at the same time and desconnect the
emergency key. The display will show M to convert kilometers to miles.
•Press the BUTTONS PROGRAM and MODE at the same time and desconnect the
emergency key. The display will show KM to convert miles to kilometers.
