1. INTRODUCTION AND SAFETY WARNINGS
Caution
Do not tamper with or modify the product.
Do not use the product in an improper way or for purposes other than those envisaged. Use of the actuator for other
applications must be authorised by Aprimatic and is subject to technical testing of the application.
The product can be installed and maintained only by qualifi ed technicians.
Thoroughly read these instructions before installing the product and doing the interventions specified by
the manufacturer.
Always turn the power off before any interventions on the appliance.
Always work in well-lit areas meeting the requirements of the safety at work legislation of your country. Always use
instruments, tools and equipment in good state.
After the installation, check the correct functioning of the appliance and the controlled automation.
Always use original spare parts.
Place a "BEWARE of moving parts" strikers near the frame.
Crushing or trapping hazard!
Do NOT touch the chain when it is moving.
Keep outside the range of the window's movements when it is operating.
Keep children clear of the working range of the automation during operation; do not allow children to play with fi xed
control devices; keep the transmitters out of the reach of children.
2. DESCRIPTION
The APRICOLOR VARIA actuator is used exclusively for opening and closing bottom-hung, top-hung outward-
opening, up-and-over and skylight windows.
FEATURES
The chain has been treated with Dacromet for protection against oxidation under the most severe conditions.
The chain travel is adjustable.
24 V DC functioning.
The actuator is fi tted with limit micro-switches.
The microprocessor terminal board that incorporates a 433,92 MHz radio receiver.
The appliance receives the main functions remote commands via radio or via cable (radio signals can only
be sent by Aprimatic transmitters).

The actuator is supplied with a chain travel of 30 cm.
