Installation - Pump Assembly:

Locate pump in elbow back.

Connect pump inlet to evaporator
drain hose outlet with cut to length
green tube and ensure tight fit.
Channel discharge tube up through lineset cover

to an appropriate drain point. Avoid restrictions
which can kink or compress tube.

Measure distance between reservoir and
drain outlet hose of evaporator, allowing
3/4" extra to slip over evaporator drain
fitting. Cut green pump inlet tube to
correct length.

Connect " i.d. vinyl discharge tubing

to barb connector at end of discharge
tube. Use cable tie to secure joint.

WIRING: Check for correct voltage and wire power cable to incoming live, neutral and
ground (Mini Lime only) terminals inside evaporator to ensure pump is permanently
energized regardless of evaporator operation. Install 1 amp inline fuse between
evaporator and pump. Connect high level alarm in series into cooling signal wire from
evaporator to ensure unit will not continue operating in case of blockage or pump
failure. Remove cooling signal wire from it's terminal in evaporator and connect common
(grey) wire in it's place. Connect cooling wire to purple NC alarm wire. Connect orange
NO alarm wire to external alarm if desired. Refer to wiring diagrams below.
