4. To install the new torch head assembly - Insert the new piece of heatshrink tubing
onto the pilot arc cable attached to the new torch head assembly. Connect the pilot
arc cable and the main power cable by reversing the steps taken to disconnect them.
Be sure to slide the heatshrink tubing completely over the knife-splice connection.
Apply heat to form the tubing to the connection, ensuring that the connection is
completely insulated. (Several layers of electrical tape can also be used in place of
heatshrink tubing if desired).

5. Reattach main power cable using the 7/16" (11.1mm) and 5/8" (15.9mm) wrenches.
Tape pilot arc cable connection back to main power cable.

6. Slide the handle forward and thread it firmly onto the torch body.
