4. FAN COIL UNIT'S PIPING AND DRAINAGE
1. Turn the piping and the drain hose towards the exiting hole. There are three possible exits as for the piping (1=down,
2 = back side, 3 = left side).
2. Insert the piping and the drain hose through the hole.
3. Tape the tubing, the drain hose, and the connecting cable.
4. As for the horizontal piping, make sure that they are laid down along the groove at the back of the unit, and secure
them by using the piping holders (2 pieces) before fixing them to the mounting plate.

5. Secure the unit to the mounting plate.
6. Connect the chill water piping and make sure that the seals are fitted neatly.
7. Connect the drain hose and tape over the connecting parts.
8. Make sure that the drain hose has no traps or dips to embed the water flow.
9. Seal carefully any wall opening from weather to avoid any water inlet.

PIPES INSULATION:
a) The pipe insulation should cover both INLET and OUTLET pipes as shown below.
b) Use an insulation made up of polyethylene foam having minimum a thickness of 6 mm.

5. Air purging
After connecting the water piping and the drain hose, and after fixing the fan coil onto the mounting plate, take the
following steps as for the air purging;
1. Lift up the filter cover: there are four latches in the front cover. Remember not to pull it hard to prevent the latches
from being snapped.
