Keep all nuts and screws well tightened in order to
ensure a safe operation.
Always keep warning and indication stickers clean and
legible.
If any components or safety devices are removed for
maintenance works, they must be repositioned
immediately.
A power tool with double insulation does not need to
be earthed. The maintenance of this type of appliances
requires extreme care and knowledge, and should only
be performed by a qualified technician. The
components replacement of a double insulated
appliance must be carried out with the same parts as
the original ones.
Use only VITO-approved tools for this washer or
technically identical parts. Not doing so may result in
personal injuries or damages to the device. In case of
doubt, lack of knowledge or resources, you should
contact an official dealer.

Technical assistance

Your washer should only be serviced by the
manufacturer's internal service personnel, or other
qualified personnel, replacing any necessary parts with
original parts sourced directly from the manufacturer.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Holders assembly

1. Fit the gun holder (11) and the gun and lance holder
(15);

High-pressure hose assembly

1. Insert the hose coupling (22) into the spray gun,
tightening the thread;
Never start the high-pressure washer without first
completely unwind the hose. When operating, the hose
must not roll.
Keep the hose away from heat sources, sharp
objects and abrasive edges (corners, steps or
rough floors). Worn out hoses can cause damage.
Check the hose condition regularly and change if
damaged. Do not attempt to repair a leaky hose.

Gun set assembly (gun + lance)

Fix the lance to the spray gun through the lance fixing
thread.

Connection to water supply

1. Connect the hose to the water supply tap;
2. Open the water supply tap to remove any debris that
may exist in the hose. When water comes out clean,
turn off the tap;
3. On the other end of the hose, place the quick release
coupling (1);
4. Remove the cover in the water inlet;
5. Tighten the water inlet filter (2);
6. Fit the hose adapter in the water inlet filter;
7. The inlet filter must always be fitted in the water inlet
pipe to filter out sand, and other impurities as these will
damage the pump valves.
The water supply should preferably be provided by a
hose connected to a tap of the water supply system.
It is recommended a garden hose with ½ "diameter and
a minimum length of 5 m.
If you want use water from wells, tanks or other type of
water containers, you must install an additional filter
(hose suction filter) to prevent sand or other type of
waste intake.
In any of these situations, make sure that the inlet water
pressure is less than 7 bar.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

While using the pressure washer, certain precautions
and procedures should be considered in order to avoid
accidents:
▪ Place the appliance in a stable surface and away from
the cleaning area;
▪ Do not use the power cord or pressure-hose to
transport the equipment;
▪ Never operate the device by using repeated and
quick movements of pressing /releasing the gun
trigger. This may result in components and under
pression couplings failure;
▪ Do not operate pressure washer without the water
turned on, as it will damage the pump seals. Always
turn the water on before starting the appliance;
