Prior to use, check whether the actual and indi-
cated cutting depths are the same (e.g. at 0
mm). If necessary, you can loosen the screw
[11-3] and realign the cutting depth indicator.

Adjusting the stop
The accompanying stop can be attached to all four
sides of the machine (Fig. [12]).
Clamping the workpiece!
Secure the stop to the front of the base in
front of the saw blade!
The stop can be adjusted in the following ways:
• Adjustment parallel to the bench edge - unscrew
the rotary knob [12-8].
• Adjustment at right angles to the bench edge -
unscrew the rotary knob [12-6].
• Adjustment of the stop ruler [12-1] lengthways -
unscrew the rotary knob [12-4]. The stop ruler
can be moved to a lower position for thinner
workpieces (Fig. [12A]) or a higher position for
thicker workpieces (Fig. [12]).
• Angle adjustment using the scale [12-5] - un-
screw the rotary knob [12-3] and lift the retaining
pin [12-2]. The rotary retaining pin engages in
the most common angle positions.
Turning the retaining pin blocks the stop.
Make sure that all rotary knobs on the stop
are tightened before starting work. The stop
should always be used in a fixed position and
not to slide the workpiece.

Working with the machine
Observe the following instructions:

the workpiece and secure in this position using
the rotary knob [9-1].
Use the fence as a longitudinal stop to guide the
workpiece.
You can adjust the cutting width using the scales
[10-1].
Guide the workpiece by hand. Use the push stick
[12-7] to guide the workpiece safely past the
saw blade. When not in use, place the push stick
in the store [12-9].
