The machine is intended for ripping and
cross-cutting aluminum, thin aluminum, PVC
pipe, plastic concrete, marble, tile and cement
backerboard in straight cutting lines, while resting
firmly on the work piece.

assembLY
1. ASSEMbLE THE AuxILIAry HANdLE (SEE
FIG. A1 A2)
Make sure the tool is disconnected from the
powersource.
Unscrew the handle first. Fit the Auxiliary Handle
(5) on the gearbox casing in such a way that the

journal engages in the ventilation slot. Secure the
handle using the Spanner(7) supplied.
2. LubrICANT STICk (SEE FIG. b)
Put the Lubricant into the Lubricant Stick Holder
(3). Tight the Locking Screw (8) on the holder.
Leave the Lubricant Stick away from the saw
blades. Switch on thel Saw, and keep it to blank
run for a while.
Note: Before cutting aluminum, copper, cast

iron and stainless steel, lubrication device must
always be used since the wax tends to adhere to
the saw blades.
3. CHANGING SAW bLAdES/rEMOVING THE
E2
SAW bLAdES
Pull the mains plug out of the socket and
allow the saw to cool down before starting any
assembly, modification and servicing work. This
will prevent the saw being started by accident.
Wear safety gloves for carrying out all servicing
work on the saw. Press the Spindle Locking
Button(1) (See C1). Turn the saw blade in

opposite directions until they lock. Undo the
clamping screw by turning it anticlockwise using
the Spanner(7) supplied (See C2).Push back
the Lower Guard(2) (See C3). Raise the top saw
blade (B). Raise the bottom saw blade (A) and
remove it.

4. INSTALLING THE SAW bLAdES
Pull the mains plug out of the socket and
allow the saw to cool down before starting any
assembly, modification and servicing work. This
will prevent the saw being started by accident.
Place the saw in front of yourself so that the saw
blade shaft points upwards. Pull back the Lower
Guard(2).
Place the bottom saw blade (A) with the holes
spaced further apart on the saw blade mounting.
The saw blade must fit perfectly in the mounting
