Selection of mixing speed and beaters:
●
Beater for dough mixing (hooks): usually used for kneading dough where the volume of
water is 47% ~ 50% of the flour volume. This beater for dough mixing should be used at
low speed.
●
Flat beater: usually used to whip batter for pancakes, cakes and mashed potatoes as well
as for cake filling, it should be used at medium speed.
●
Wire whip: best for whipping cream and eggs, usually used at high speeds.
Important: stop the machine to change the speed, do not mix the dough at medium or high
speed.
Bowl removal:
●
Turn the handle to lift the bowl until you feel it is all the way out, the same also makes it
easier to fill the bowl with ingredients to mix.
●
After mixing, turn the handle to lower the bowl, this is done to replace the beater as well
as to remove the bowl or the beater.
Note: when installing the beater, the bowl should be in the lower position, lift the beater on the
shaft and rotate it until the shaft coupling bolt enters the L-shaped groove in the beater rack,
which is necessary to prevent it from jumping when the planetary mixer is operating.

Maintenance of planetary mixer
After each use of the planetary mixer, wash the bowl, beaters, etc., make sure the equipment is
kept in clean condition.
Periodically lubricate the guide slots of the bowl with a small amount of oil or fat.

Troubleshooting and repairing
Fault
When switching on the
planetary mixer, the shaft
does not rotate
Oil leakage
The handle for raising the
bowl is too tight.
The motor temperature is too
high at low speed.
Possible reason
Electrical connections are
loose.
The seals are worn out.
The guide grooves have been
corroded.
Lead screw, bevel gear and
handle shaft and so on, are not
lubricated.
Undervoltage.
Overload.
The selected operating speed is
to high or the wrong beater is
used.
Solution
Check the electrical circuit,
tighten the loose electrical
connections
Replace the seals.
Clean and lubricate the
guide grooves.
Lubricate the parts with oil.
Check the power supply
voltage.
Reduce the load.
Select an appropriate speed
and install an appropriate
beater.
