The computer does not detect the video capture
adaptor
Make sure that the USB port is activated.
Make sure that your computer has an available USB 2.0
port.
Make sure you have Windows XP SP1.
Make sure you have Windows 2000 SP4.
I can't see the Video
Verify all the hardware connections.
Make sure that your computer has an available USB 2.0

In preview mode, I can only configure the screen for
320 x 240

Why do I get unstable video in preview and recording
modes?
If you use an Ultra DMA hard drive, make sure to upgrade
the last friver for the IDE / ATA / ATAPI controller.
I can't hear any sound in preview mode
