Operating the eSCHELL water management system
Starting/stopping thermal disinfection

If the use of a key
switch has been
configured for
starting a thermal
disinfection, the
button in the
software is disabled
(grey).
Pay attention to the different statuses which are displayed under the software
button when manually starting and stopping an automation:
– Stopped, automation has ended
– Starting (green), boundary conditions for the automation are being
– Started (green), the automation has started
– Stopping, automation is being ended and will switch to the "stopped"

If the button automatically switches back to the "Stopping" status after the
"Starting" status, check whether the selected thermal disinfection is enabled.
You can request the current status of the respective thermal disinfection under
System information/Server, Status. Enabled thermal disinfections are marked
here with "Ready for activation", while the disabled ones do not appear in
the list.
