2.5 Starting/stopping thermal disinfection

The stored thermal disinfections are listed under the "Thermal disinfection"
heading.
A thermal disinfection must be started manually for safety reasons.
In order to be able to start a thermal disinfection manually, this must be
enabled in the management of the hygiene functions (see "2.5.1 Enabling/
disabling thermal disinfection" on page 71).
Warning!
Danger of scalds due to hot water.
Hot water comes out of the respective fittings over an extended
period of time when there is a thermal disinfection.
> Make sure that nobody is within range of the relevant fittings or
can gain access to this area before you start a thermal disinfection.
Attention!
> Smoke alarms can be triggered by the formation of steam during the
thermal disinfection.
