SETUP

Unit Preparation

After electrodes are placed on the
patient per the VitalStim Cerification
Training Materials, turn the unit on
by depressing the On/Off button
once.
Set each Channel's intensity by
pressing the intensity Up or Down
arrow until the prescribed intensity is
visible in the LCD display.

Electrodes must be secured to
patient for amplitude to be set above
10.0 mA.
Place the unit in the Anti-Shock
pouch and close securely with the
hook and loop straps.

The Amplitude Lock Feature will
automatically turn on after the
Amplitude has been set and left
undisturbed for approximately 30
seconds. This prevents accidental
changes in the prescribed Amplitude
Setting during a therapy session.
To turn off the Amplitude Lock
feature, press the down arrow for
either channel, then re-adjust
amplitude as desired.
