Cleaning
Clean the machine using clear water with a cleaning agent customary in the trade.
To clean the machine, follow this procedure:

Flush the buffer tank well with clear water and press the button Circulation (42) while doing so to
also flush the lines of the machine.

Fill buffer tank with water and cleaning agent.
-
Connect buffer tank to the circulation outlet (5) or (20).
-
Press and hold the button Circulation (42) for approx. 1 min.
-
Now hang the hose of the cleaning adaptor into the buffer tank and lead
the cleaning adapter into the bag holder (35).
-
Turn the selector Cleaning (38) clockwise to start the cleaning process.
-
Allow the cleaning process to run for approx. 15 - 20 min. In the meantime,
clean the surface of the machine using clear water and a rag.
-
Turn the selector Cleaning (38) anti-clockwise again.
-
Drain the cleaning agent from the buffer tank and flush it well.
-
Fill buffer tank once more with clean water.
-
Turn the selector Cleaning (38) clockwise.
-
Hang the hose of the cleaning adaptor into the buffer tank and lead the cleaning adapter into
the bag holder (35), to also flush the machine lines again. -On the operator display (24), press
the button Cleaning vacuum 3 - 5 times.

Turn the selector Cleaning (38) anti-clockwise again.

Decommissioning
For decommissioning, follow this procedure:
-
Clean the machine.
-
Switch off main switch (6) or (21).
-
Disconnect power connection.
-
Disconnect pressurised air connection.
-
Disconnect the signal cable from the level switch (6) or (21).
-
Disconnect the hose connections at the inflow filler medium (4) or (19) and the outlet circulation
(5) or (20).
-
Open the drainage tap of the pump (14) or (29).
-
Store the Bag-in-Box Filler according to the above storage conditions.
