Cleaning

Clean the machine using clear water with a cleaning agent customary in the trade.
To clean the machine, follow this procedure:
- Flush the buffer tank well with clear water and press the button Circulation (42) while doing so to
also flush the lines of the machine.
- Fill buffer tank with water and cleaning agent.
- Connect buffer tank to the circulation outlet (5) or (20).
- Press and hold the button Circulation (42) for approx. 1 min.
- Now hang the hose of the cleaning adaptor into the buffer tank and lead
the cleaning adapter into the bag holder (35).
- Turn the selector Cleaning (38) clockwise to start the cleaning process.
- Allow the cleaning process to run for approx. 15 - 20 min. In the meantime,
clean the surface of the machine using clear water and a rag.
- Turn the selector Cleaning (38) anti-clockwise again.
- Drain the cleaning agent from the buffer tank and flush it well.
- Fill buffer tank once more with clean water.
- Turn the selector Cleaning (38) clockwise.
- Hang the hose of the cleaning adaptor into the buffer tank and lead the cleaning adapter into
the bag holder (35), to also flush the machine lines again. -On the operator display (24), press
the button Cleaning vacuum 3 - 5 times.
- Turn the selector Cleaning (38) anti-clockwise again.

Decommissioning

For decommissioning, follow this procedure:
- Clean the machine.
- Switch off main switch (6) or (21).
- Disconnect power connection.
- Disconnect pressurised air connection.
- Disconnect the signal cable from the level switch (6) or (21).
- Disconnect the hose connections at the inflow filler medium (4) or (19) and the outlet circulation
(5) or (20).
- Open the drainage tap of the pump (14) or (29).
- Store the Bag-in-Box Filler according to the above storage conditions.
