Adjustments screen
On the left of this screen, you can see which sensors are
currently active. The active sensors are visually highlighted
with a red light.
On the right hand side, the pump and the vacuum can be
switched on manually.
The buttons adjustments vacuum/nitrogen and production
counter lead to the respective screens.
Settings vacuum / nitrogen / temperature
The first button allows to switch the nitrogen supply on or
off if present. In addition, the respective time can be
entered in seconds (standard 1.5 seconds).
In the field vacuum timer it is possible to switch from
automatic to manual (standard 0.5 seconds).
Automatic: The filling process only starts when the value
(vacuum) set in the pressure switch (37) is reached.
Manual: The preset value of the pressure switch (37) is
overridden and the filling process begins after the set time
in seconds.
The desired temperature in °C can be set for the temperature control, which may not be undercut during
filling of the bag. This can also be switched off.
Screen production counter
Here, the filled bags are counted, the number at the same
time represents in the respective production screens, for
example, 2 litres. These can be individually reset using the
reset buttons.
Cleaning screen
This screen is displayed, when the selector switch Cleaning
(38) is turned right. This activates the cleaning mode.
The vacuum pipe can be flushed in the cleaning screen by
pressing the button Clean vacuum.
