• Never use the device:
− in a potentially explosive atmosphere i.e. where
flammable gas (such as anaesthetic gas, oxygen or
hydrogen) or flammable liquids (e.g. alcohol) are
present. The device may not be used in combination
with an oxygen therapy device.
− in a damp environment or near to water.
− in close proximity to stored chemicals.
− in a location where the device could easily fall to the
ground.
− in close proximity to large equipment with an ON/OFF
switching relay.
• If the cuff does not stop pumping up by itself,
immediately remove it and switch off the device in order
to avoid any injuries.
