INSTALLING SEAL CONTROL KIT (BY
REQUEST)
Disassemble the gas pressure switch of the
valve, assemble the flange (1) and fix the pum-
ping body (2).
Connect pipeline (3) and the connections pro-
vided with the valve set (VP and VS) (picture
11).
Proceed to assemble the minimum gas pressu-
re switch (4) on the valve (VS) (pictures 19-20).
Connect as shown in the enclosed wiring dia-
gram.
N.B. Check the distance VP-VS and cut
pipeline 3 accordingly.
N.B. For the proper working of the C.T. VDK
301 – VPS 504, with 1 1/2" ramp, limit the
distance between the main valve and the
safety valve (for example by using a nipple).
In case of a combined set of valves, the seal
control is to be assembled in correspondence
of the corresponding connections (pictures 19-
6).
MAINTENANCE
Once a year ask qualified personnel to do the following operations:
– check the inside seal of the valves;
– clean the filter;
– clean the fan and the combustion head;
– check the position of the ignition electrode tips and the position of the control electrode;
– set the air-gas pressure switches;
– check the combustion and control the values of the CO
– control all the seals.
Most components are easy to get to. In order to reach the inside of the head, it is possible to disas-
semble the upper plate.
