AIR PRESSURE SWITCH
The air pressure switch has the task of locking
the burner when the combustion air is lacking; it
must be set at 15% less than the value of the air
pressure in the burner when this is at normal
input with working at the 1st stage; and in any
case it must be set at such a value to guarantee
the stop of the burner before having a carbon
monoxide (CO) output superior to 10.000 ppm.
Remove the cover and operate on the disk (A).
Pressure tap.
GAS PRESSURE SWITCH (pictures 11-12)
The setting of the gas pressure switch has to be
effected by the nut shown in the picture in such a
way that, in case of gas supply pressure reduc-
tion, the gas pressure switch locks the burner
only during the low pressure phase; as soon as
the pressure gets normal the burner star ts
again..
Tightening the nut will increase and loosening the
nut will decrease the intervention pressure.
At the end of the setting fix the nut by the screw.
N.B. The pressure switch has to be set 40%
lower than the value of the gas pressure
obtained during maximum flow rate opera-
tion.
WARNING
As soon as the gas pressure measurement has
been completed, the screw inside the pressure
tap fitting shall be carefully tightened.
IONISATION CURRENT CONTROL
The minimum value of 5ùA shall be respected
and it shall not show strong oscillations.
