The manufacturer is not liable for damage caused by the
failure to connect the discharges of the devices in question.
Condensate collection
That required for the realization of the discharge manifold is
supplied with the special accessories for cascade application.
The national and local rules and regulations for waste-water
discharge must also be adhered to.
Installing the external probe
The external probe, supplied as accessory, (12 kΩ @ 25°C)
must only be used for installation of single boilers and connected
to specifi c connections on the terminal board. Whereas, for
applications in cascade, an external probe of 5 kΩ @25°C must
be used, supplied as an accessory, connected to the terminals
provided on the cascade control unit.

Flue gas discharge and air suction
Flue gas discharge in cascade boilers (fi g. 1).
The Mynute Green 50 boilers installed in cascade can be connected
to a single fl ue gases duct which converges in the smoke pipe.
The foreseen confi guration for cascade installation is type B23;
therefore proceed with the installation on the air suction line of
each appliance of the specifi c connection point provided as an
accessory.
Specifi c accessories are available separate for the boilers for
the construction of the fl ue gas discharge system; for correct
assembly see the related instruction sheets in the kits and take
into consideration the following information:
- the distance between generators must be 100 mm;
- the generators must be positioned in a linear cascade up to a
maximum of 3 boilers or in back-to-back confi guration up to a
maximum of 4 boilers;
- the Ø 125 discharge manifold must have a minimum slope of 3°
and must be securely fi xed;
- the discharge of the condensate produced by the apparatus must
into a discharge manifold;
- the fl ue gases discharge manifold kit can not be installed outside
(the pipes must not be exposed to the ultraviolet rays of the sun).
Before commissioning, fi ll the condensate discharge traps on the
fl ue gases manifold.
The following table shows the maximum lengths permitted on
the vertical fl ue considering the application of a damper for each
generator and a distance of 2m from the fl ue manifold of the fi rst
boiler.The values shown include the initial curve of the smoke pipe.
