Tips and Hints

Do not exert any great pressure as you guide the
sander/scraper over the surface to be processed.
Pressing harder does not increase the tool's
performance.
Change worn "cling-fit" sanding sheets in good
time to ensure the desired results.
Change the dust filter at regular intervals to
ensure maximum dust extraction.
Sample applications for accessories:
Processing areas which are difficult to access
such as profiles, grooves and tight spaces is rapid
and simple with the special perforated base-plate.
This special base-plate can be fitted with a "cling-
fit" sanding sheet fitted to either its top or bottom
side. All "cling-fit" sanding sheets are available in
a grains of varying coarseness.
Use corundum "cling-fit" sanding sheets to sand
wood, metal, and paintwork, while processing
non-ferrous metals, stone, glass and varnished
surfaces calls for silicon carbide "cling-fit" sanding
sheets.
You can also sand metal, plastics and varnished
surfaces with silicon carbide-coated "cling-fit"
sanding sheets which provide a longer service life
than non-coated "cling-fit" sheets.
Use the "cling-fit" hard felt plate, the "cling-fit"
abrasive nylon web and the "cling-fit" nylon
cleaning web for polishing.
You can remove residual materials, such as the
foam from a carpet backing, traces of adhesives,
plaster and paint with scraper blades of varying
widths or by using the tool with the trowel.
